and Conditions
- Full payment is required prior
to the workshop by EFT or Direct Deposit
- Cancellations are to be submitted
and confirmed in writing via email or fax at least
7 working days prior to the event upon which the
delegate fee will be refunded less a 10% + vat service
fee.
- A 50% cancellation fee is applicable
for cancellations received within less that 7 working
days prior to the workshop
- No refunds will be given for delegates
who do not show up, or for cancellations within
24 hrs of the workshop that they booked for. The
company/individual is liable for full payment of
the workshop fee.
- Legal action will be taken for
the recovery of any outstanding payments. Any legal
and related costs will also be for the account of
the client.
- 1st Solutions reserves the right
to change the venue or cancel the workshop should
it be deemed necessary, or if there are less than
a minimum of 6 delegates.
- Payments will only be reimbursed
should 1st Solutions cancel the workshop.

number as Reference with payment.
